Due to KariBites being a third party service, refunds are given on a case by case basis. To determine if the customer is eligible for a refund they can contact KariBites support and make a request. The preferred contact of KariBites support is via chat or via email at email@example.com . Our support hours are everyday from from 9 AM - 10 PM AST.
To cancel an order please call in the restaurant immediately to cancel the order. Refunds for cancelled orders will be handled by a case by case basis. After contacting the restaurant, please contact KariBites support to make a request for a refund for an online cancelled transaction.
